Monitoring and Support
Not only do we build software, we also provide monitoring and support for the entire life of the application, even for software we didn’t develop. By taking a proactive approach to monitor software application and servers, we can help prevent issues from occurring.
One of the key tools we use to monitor is Amazon Web Service’s CloudWatch, which allows us to monitor pertinent information, such as CPU, memory, and disk space, for your servers and to receive alarms if an issue arises. Our application support teams can also write custom scripts to be notified if anything abnormal happens on any of your servers, this way we can respond promptly to resolve the issue. We can also use tools such as JMeter to test the stability of your servers and to see how it functions with an excessive number of hits all at once.

Application Lifecycle
